First day of school 2017

Today was the first day of school.  Everyone was excited!  The kids had a great first day, mom went to coffee with Tiffany and Nate was able to work without being bothered every 5 minutes.  It was wonderful!  Here is to a fabulous year to come.  :)

Junior High!

Cooper is in 7th grade, Charlie is in 5th, and Emma is in 2nd.

Swimming Lessons

Another summer of swimming lessons.  Cooper graduated and is done.  Next would be swim team and he is not interested. :)  He had so much fun taking lessons with his two friends.  Charlie skipped from level 4 to 6 (the last level).  He thinks he might want to try swim team.  Emma did great and is improving all the time.  She moved onto level 3.

Smiths Ferry

We traveled to Smith's Ferry in Southern Idaho three times in the past couple months.  What a beautiful place.  The kids loved going and ask when the next time will be that we can go back.  We watched the eclipse down there and it was absolutely amazing!  It went completely dark for a couple of mins and the temperature dropped a ton.  This last trip there was for sheep camp.  What a fun experience for the family.  Megan couldn't go because she had to work that weekend.

We played a few games.

Cougar Mountain Lodge

Nate working again. :)  He worked hard this summer.  With changing jobs he had to start over with vacation.

Lots of obsidian

Over the weekend they showed outdoor movies at the house next door for the eclipse weekend.

Lots of fish!  Everyone caught fish.  Coop caught over 50!

We celebrated Liz'z birthday!

Sheep Camp

Charlie was collecting wool.

Thank you Mike and Liz for all the fun this summer!  We will be back next summer! :)
