Our 10th Anniversary!!!

Today Nate and I celebrate our 10th anniversary together. Wow!! Has it really gone that fast? We still feel so young. :) We were blessed to have Nate's mom come up this past weekend and watch the kids for us. Nate planned a little getaway for us. We ate out a lot, went and had a tour of Dry Fly Distillery, did some tasting, and gambled while we waited for the Judd's concert. It was a good time and nice to getaway. We came home to a cake and a little home made album from the kids and Nanni. Thanks Jean!

I told Nate to kiss me like he did 10 years ago. :)

And 10 years later, "A family of five." They just had to be in a picture with us.

On our way home about 45 mins out of Moscow we saw a Moose. Very cool!

Home Sweet Home. The boys posing in front of the cake and album.

Before kids. This was our family. Yeager was so little there.

And 10 years ago....... We were dancing......

And a few photos from our dating years.....

Genesee T-ball

Coop just finished up this year's season of t-ball. We were very thankful to have a league started here in Genesee so we did not have to travel to Moscow or Lewiston for practices and games. It worked out great. Enjoy the pictures and videos.

And catching a ball and throwing to first. Great year Coop!

First Day of Summer

The nice weather decided to arrive just in time for the first day of summer. It was in the low 80's and we decided to make it a water day. The kids had fun. Now the weather is back to cool and windy. We even had our air on for a couple days, but not anymore. Hopefully the warm weather decides to come back and see us soon.

The kids enjoying some Trix cereal for a snack.

Playing in the water. They would go back in forth from the pool to this.

Cooper's garden. We made a salad with some of the lettuce the other night. It was tasty.

Emmy was putting her hand in the bucket of water and flinging in up into the air.

And I found Emma here hanging out. :)

A couple of visitors

Today we had a couple of visitors drop by. We have had a lot of bunnies in our yard the past couple of weeks, but today we had two at the same time. They are so cute! I got a picture and they took off across the road. Thank goodness they made it. :) We went back to playing in the backyard and a few minutes later the boys spotted them. They went from our house to the neighbors and back. So fun to see them around. Yeager doesn't even chase or bark at them.

Lighting the candles at Church

I love this picture. The boys both got to be acolytes at Sunday School in May. I didn't have my camera when Coop did it. They both enjoyed it. Charlie, needed a little assistance.

Visit from Cousin Beth

Cousin Beth came to visit us this past week. We enjoyed it immensely. Thank you so much for coming Beth! And it was wonderful to see Aunt Linda. We had a lot of fun hanging out, taking walks, hanging out with friends, father's day crafts, going to the circus and out to eat.

Unfortunately the day Beth and Linda left, Coop got sick. The flu has now hit our household. :( Coop yesterday, Charlie today, what comes next we shall see. It wasn't much of a Father's Day celebration here. Pancakes/eggs for breakfast, (I tried to get a photo of the kids in bed with Nate this morning and he wouldn't let me and now I didn't get one) ,the boys went for a drive with daddy while mom worked and Emma slept. They saw three deer. Nate enjoyed playing basketball with his friends tonight. We had planned on taking dad to Silverwood Theme Park, but that will have to wait for another time.

Emma and Coop.

Beth and Charlie snuggling.

Walt, Coop and Charlie on their first elephant rides at the circus.

The tigers.

The bunnies have been all over our yard the past couple weeks. So cute! One showed up right as we were sitting down for breakfast this morning.

Genesee VBS 2011

The boys had a great time at Vacation Bible School this past week. They went everyday from 9-11:30. They did crafts, played games, sang songs, watched puppet shows, and were surrounded by God's love. The boys learned new things everyday and tried hard to explain what they learned at VBS. :) Charlie felt so big going by himself without mom or dad. Thanks to everyone who helped out.

Prayer circle. Charlie's prayer was usually, "Thank you for everyone." When it was Coop's turn he would just wave up his hand to go to the next person. :)

Friday was water day.

They were trying to do hand stands here I think.

Popsicles!! Yummy!

Games Thursday night at the park. We froze.

Getting ready to perform all the songs they learned with the Lutherhaven staff.

Singing, "Everlasting Love." Charlie would turn around to watch the lutherhaven staff. :) Coop didn't want to sing the evening they had this. He did sing at VBS (I stayed around a little bit to watch).

Singing, "Splish Splash."

Genese Days!!!!

Genesee days was a blast again this year. We started it off with Nate and his brother Nic participating in the 5K run. They both did great. The kiddie parade followed, where the kids rode their bikes back and forth. The main parade was after that. Cooper and daddy walked in it with the cub scout group. They all looked so handsome. They won 1st prize and were rewarded with $50 for the pack. Great job guys! Kiddie games, hanging out with friends, food, birthday party, some Genesee beer (gag), bonfire with the neighbors, 4 hrs naps for the boys and then concert in the park followed by fireworks. What a fun day!

Nanni and Emma saying hello before the parade.

Getting ready for the kiddie parade.

And here goes Charlie. We helped them decorate their bikes the night before at 9pm.
