Yesterday Charlie and Cooper started school!  Charlie started Kindergarten and Cooper started 2nd grade.  They are having a great time so far.  Emma asks about her brothers all day.  Enjoy the pictures:

Waiting at the bus stop!  Charlie was so excited to ride the bus this year with Cooper.

School House Rock Live!

The last seven weeks Charlie has been rehearsing for, "School House Rock!"  Last year Charlie opened the show of "Alice and Wonderland."  This year he auditioned for, "School House Rock" and got the part of mini elvis.  He is adorable!  He wasn't sure he wanted to commit at the beginning, but the director talked him into it.  He started off with just one day a week and then we added a couple more days in and then he started going four days a week.  He loves it and has worked really hard!  Tonight was family and friends night and he brought tears to mine and Nate's eyes.  He was very nervous the first half.  The Civic Theatre was filled with people.  He did excellent the second half!  Tomorrow is opening night and there are three shows this week and then there will be three more shows next week.  Here are a few photos:

Mic is all set up!

Aunt Carol doing his make up.  Thank you Carol!  Yes, even the boys get to wear make up, otherwise you can't see them on stage as well.

Ready for the show!
Jean took this picture yesterday of rehearsal.  The TV set wasn't complete yet.  It looked great today!

 Charlie and Evie!

Melting Pot! He is looking right at Evie in this picture!

Emma ready for the show!

As for the rest of us, we have been super busy.  Cooper went to Boise for a week and had a great time!  We went to Yellowstone a few weeks ago with the Andrews!  It was a blast!  And Megan decided to take the EMT class being offered in town.  She has three classes left and will have completed almost 110 hours within the past couple of months. She has joined the Genesee Fire Department.  She has been on about four calls and is really enjoying it.  As for Nate, he is feeling like a single parent.  Only three classes left and then the studying really begins for practicals and the written exam. :)  She will be doing some training at Gritman in the ER in the coming weeks. Pictures to come of our summer trip, landing training, and more summer fun! We hope you all have had a wonderful summer!
