Swimming

Our new neighbors had their pool out one day and so the boys wanted to get theirs out. I gave in and they had a great time. Our pool was pretty small for both of them, so we bought a bigger one. We haven't had a warm day for many days now. We are hoping we get some heat here soon. Still in the low 60s.
Eating otter pops in the pool. This pool is now Yeagers.
Our smiley girl.
Emma and Coop. Emma was watching the boys swim in their new pool.
And the new pool. No holes yet. The first one will probably come from Yeags. He has sneaked in a couple of times. :)

Visit from Beth and Linda

We were so excited to have Beth and Linda come visit us. Beth stayed for a week and Linda stayed a few days and then went to a week of quilting fun near Potlatch. We had fun taking them to gymnastics, making stepping stones with Beth, Father's Day cards, and much more. We enjoyed going to the circus. We also, took her out to the family farm to spend an evening. Megan was hit with a cold near the end of their visit and now it has gone from Charlie to Cooper. It has been almost a month of sickness. Not fun in the summer time. We had a great time. Thanks for visiting Andrews!
Cousin Beth is so much fun. Charlie was having fun taking pictures.
Making stepping stones for our new flower garden.

Coop had a lot of fun decorating his stone.
Not sure who Charlie is waving at. I think he was trying to wave at mom, but it was hard while riding the pony. Those motorcycles guys in the cage were crazy. Five of them rode in there at once and one was a 13 year old.
Here is Coop on his pony.

Granite Dam Mommy Playgroup Day

Today we ventured out to Granite Dam with our playgroup. Granite Dam is about 39 miles from Lewiston. It took us about an hour and fifteen minutes. The boys had a great time. We started with Starbucks, Thanks Carly! It was very yummy. When we got to Granite Dam we toured the Visitor Center and saw the fish. Then we went out and looked over the fish ladder. We had fun watching the water come over th damn. We then drove over the dam and went to the beach. We had a picnic, played in the water and sand, and played on a play set. It was a very fun, tiring day. Emma did great. Enjoy the pictures.
Here are all our kids. Chloe, Derek, Charlie, Cooper, Walter, Dresden, and Jackson. Emma and Waylon are in front packs.

Here we are. Not sure what was going on with Emma's hat.

Swimming Lessons

The boys have been in swimming lessons for about 2 weeks now. Charlie really enjoying them. Cooper has advanced to the next class and has a fear of going under water. The first class he was really terrified because they jumped right into it. The first thing they had to do was go under water 7 times. He was so scared. The next day the boys went swimming with daddy to get a little more comfortable with the water. The next lesson went very well for Cooper. The hardest part right now is floating on his back. He doesn't want them to let go because then he goes under. We are so proud of both boys. They continue to try hard. Enjoy the pictures.

Charlie's class.

Charlie and his teacher Ryan. Honestly, I don't know what this back float was called.
Getting ready to jump in.

Cooper doing his back float. It didn't go well after this.

Coop and his class bobbing up and down. He did great!

And we had to throw in a picture of Emma. She loves her bumbo. Thanks Stutzman's for loaning this to us. It is awesome. I think she was watching dad play guitar here.

Charlie Turned Three!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLIE!!!

Our Charlie turned three years on on Sunday. He celebrated his birthday with his friends. He wasn't too sure what was going on. All of his friends starting showing up, but he wanted to go to the party. He didn't quite understand it was at our house. It was pretty cute. They all played inside and outside before the wind started. The rain held out until everyone left. Mom and dad make a big rig cake out of cupcakes. They all enjoyed cake and ice cream. He had a fun time. We can't believe our little Charlie is now 3. We love our Charlie!!!

Charlie was really into opening his presents this year. He loved this remote control tractor. Thanks Deckards!

Swinging with Abby and Chloe.

Mom and dad.

Great friends.

Emma decided to wake up as everyone was leaving the party.
Mom and dad got Charlie a new tire disc swing.

Emma's turn. :)
Coop loves to go on it.

Summer Fun

Preschool has ended and we have been keeping busy. Cooper had a hard weekend after school got out because he had to leave his friends, but he is doing better. He was excited to see a few of his friends at Charlie's preschool a week after school was out. And then he got to see his classmates at the park last Friday. We have enjoyed birthday parties, riding bikes, going for walk with our friends every morning, soccer and much more. The snow has slowed us down a little, but the days seems to be warming up. This is the last week of soccer and the boys will start swimming lessons next week. Cooper has enjoyed this Spring soccer season and we have enjoyed watching him play. Enjoy the pictures and video of Cooper playing soccer.

Charlie is now riding Cooper's old bike with training wheels. He loves riding his bike with his brother and even has to lay it down on it side like Cooper does.

The boys were enjoying talking to Emma after they finished their lunch.

We froze watching Cooper play this game.

Emma is 2 1/2 months old

Emma continues to grow. She currently weighs 11lbs 13ozs and is 23 inches tall. She is in the 70% and her brothers were always in the 10-20%. We are wondering if she will be the tall child. :) She found her thumb and loves sucking on it. She will sleep 7-9.5 hours at night thanks to her thumb. She is now cooing at us. She gets cuter and cuter all the time.

Enjoying some sunshine while mom waters the new grass seed.

First time we caught her sucking her thumb while she was sleeping.

And here she is again sucking her thumb.

Sucking her thumb.

Cooing with daddy.
