Christmas tree, sledding and Santa

We had a fun filled weekend. The boys worked on Christmas projects at the home depot kids clinic Saturday morning. We then went and picked out a tree and finished decorating it this morning before church. The boys were a lot of help. Only about three broken ornaments by the time we were done. Megan went out to the wine bar Saturday evening with the ladies. They had a lot of fun.

At church this morning we sat close in the second pew, we don't normally sit up front. The choir was singing and we wanted to be able to watch them. Above the alter is a statue of Jesus and he has his hands up like he is blessing us all. Emma kept looking at him and putting her hands up like him. It was pretty cute. We enjoyed spending the morning with our church family.

Emma went sledding for her first time today and loved it. Cooper pulled her around. Then we were off to the second annual Genesee Christmas parade. The boys enjoyed crafts after (they made their chain so they can count down the days until Christmas, only 20 more days), sat on Santa (Emma didn't even cry), ate chili, cookies and enjoyed seeing our friends. What a fun weekend.

Hanging out before church.

She was excited. Charlie was controlling the rain under the tree.

Watching the train go around the train.

Emma wasn't too sure about this.

Emma's first time sledding. She loved it.

So much fun!

Emma was trying to get her sippy cup that was under the tree.

Hey, let me try this.

She gets excited really easily.

And then she knocked the train off the tracks.
