Well we woke up to more snow today. We kind of figured there would not be any school today. We tried to take the boys to swimming lessons last night and had to turn back around. Cooper has a snow day today and was quite upset he couldn't go to school. They had fun making a snowman and a snow cave outside.
This morning we did preschool for a couple hours and Cooper joined us. We are learning about winter animals this week. We read a couple stories, sang, acted the stories out, they built a bears den, colored and cut out some winter animals, pasted them on paper and painted white spots all over resembling snow. We hid a bear and would play a game trying to find the bear by following certain directions. They had fun. They also watched Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. A nice day to just hang out at home. Hope you are all enjoying the snow.

Oh! How fun! I'm jealous that you got more snow. We had lots of snow yesterday and then last night it rained and melted most of it here at our house! We will have to come out to Genesee and play in the snow over there!
